How Employment Services Make a Difference

Meaningful work is about more than just a job — it’s about independence, purpose, and belonging. Through the NDIS, employment services provide opportunities for people with disability to explore what’s possible, build lifelong skills, and achieve their employment goals with the right level of support.

With a person-centred approach, participants are supported to take each step at their own pace — from exploring work options to thriving in the workplace.
