At Quinn Health & Development, our goal is to help every child reach their potential through connected, family-centred support.
Under the NDIS Early Childhood Approach, a Key Worker is your family’s main point of contact — guiding, supporting, and coordinating your child’s therapy journey so that everything works together smoothly.
A Key Worker is an experienced allied health professional or educator — such as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, Behaviour Support Practitioner or Teacher — who works closely with your family to provide consistent, holistic support.
Rather than seeing multiple professionals separately, your Key Worker helps coordinate care and embed therapy strategies into daily routines at home, childcare, or school.
The Key Worker approach is designed to make therapy simple, practical, and meaningful for both children and families.
Your Key Worker will:
Children learn best through everyday experiences and relationships. By supporting families directly and embedding therapy strategies into play, daily care, and community life, the Key Worker model ensures your child’s development is supported in a natural, consistent, and family-friendly way.
With one trusted professional guiding your journey, families feel more confident, connected, and supported — helping each child truly thrive.
If your child receives NDIS Early Childhood (ECEI) supports, our Thriving Kids Key Worker team can help you make the most of your plan. Together, we’ll build a coordinated, play-based approach to support your child’s growth, learning, and confidence — every step of the way.
