What is Telehealth?

Telehealth means receiving health or therapy services remotely using secure video calls, phone calls, or online platforms. Instead of travelling to a clinic, you connect with your clinician virtually, using a computer, tablet or phone.

It’s real-time, face-to-face support – just delivered through a screen!
